Academic Eligibility
Who can purchase products, services and courses at Academic rates?
- Any school, college, university, school district, or other accredited educational institution
- Any Teacher, staff member, employee of a K-12, college, or graduate school in the U.S.
- Any Student K-12, college, graduate school, full-time or part-time, in the U.S., attending a degree-giving, accredited institution recognized by the by U.S. Department of Education and/or State Board of Education.

Academic status verification is required as follows:
Place your order, then fax or email us a copy of your academic verification indicated below. Please include your ORDER NUMBER with all verification to ensure speedy processing.
Schools and Districts -- Send us a letter of authorization on your organization’s letterhead stating that the person making the purchase is authorized to purchase for the organization. This letter must be signed by your school or district purchasing agent. We accept Purchase Orders.
Organizations must be able to show proof of eligibility and applicable accreditation if requested by an Authorized Academic Reseller. It is an Authorized Academic Resellers sole discretion to accept or decline the applicant. All software must be used for internal administrative or educational instruction purposes only and may NOT be resold or donated. All orders must be delivered to school or district address only.
Faculty & Staff -- Send us a copy of your School ID card that includes your photo, school name, and current school year indicated. Or, a copy of your DMV Photo ID card (School ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and ONE of the following:
- Copy of RECENT pay stub (within 3 months)
- Copy of CURRENT teaching contract
- Letter from department head or supervisor on school letterhead verifying CURRENT school employment
College Students –- Send us a copy of your DMV Photo ID card (School ID, Driver's License, Passport) along with a copy of a current class schedule (or proof of payment of current school session fees), or a letter from the school registrar on school letterhead verifying current enrollment.
K-12 Students -- Send us a copy of parent's Photo ID card (Driver's License, Passport) and a copy of the student’s recent report card or a letter from the school registrar indicating current enrollment.

If a reasonable question exists as to an individual or organization’s eligibility, Private Educational Network retains the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of the individual or organization for the specific transaction in question
